Terms of Use & Appointment Guidelines

1. Scope of Clinical Services

This platform facilitates structured appointment booking for psychotherapy sessions, clinical consultations, and diagnostic assessments with psychologist Sarah Al-Rashed.

2. Emergency Notice

This form is intended for general administrative and clinical inquiries and is not intended for emergencies. If you are experiencing an acute psychiatric crisis, please seek immediate assistance from your nearest emergency department or appropriate emergency services.

3. Rescheduling, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Sessions are scheduled in advance based on available clinic slots. The following policies govern appointment modifications and cancellations:

• Cancellations with 24+ Hours Notice: Eligible for a refund of the paid session fee, minus the non-refundable electronic payment gateway processing fees. Net refunds are credited to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
• Rescheduling with 24+ Hours Notice: 100% free of charge to any available future slot.
• Cancellations under 24 Hours / No-Shows: Non-refundable (0% refund) as the dedicated clinical hour is reserved and cannot be reallocated; the session is counted as completed.
• Monthly Therapy Packages (4 sessions): Must be utilized within 5 weeks from the first session. Individual sessions may be rescheduled with 24h notice; package fees are non-refundable after the first session has commenced.

4. Attendance & Punctuality

Please join the encrypted telehealth session promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may reduce the remaining duration of your session to respect subsequent client appointments.
