Frequently Asked Questions

Clear and detailed answers regarding therapy sessions, psychological assessments, and administrative booking.

How do I know which service is right for me?

If you are unsure, you can choose "Not Sure / Guidance Needed" when booking, or book a 20-minute introductory consultation to determine the best path.

What is the difference between consultation and psychotherapy?

Consultation focuses on a specific challenge or question providing targeted advice, while psychotherapy involves ongoing sessions to address underlying patterns and achieve comprehensive clinical goals.

What should I expect in the first session?

The initial session focuses on understanding your background, exploring current concerns, and collaboratively outlining therapeutic goals and next steps.

Do I need a prior diagnosis before booking?

No, a prior diagnosis is not required. You can book a session based on the challenges or symptoms you wish to address.

How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions depends on the nature of the concern, individual progress, and therapeutic goals, which are continuously reviewed.

Can parents book a consultation without the child attending?

Yes, parents can book a session to discuss concerns and receive parenting guidance; a meeting with the child may be scheduled later if needed.

Are sessions confidential?

Yes, all sessions and client information are maintained under strict professional clinical confidentiality standards.

1. How do I book an appointment?

2. How is my appointment confirmed?

Confirmation is issued once booking and payment are completed, and appointment details are sent to your registered contact channels.

3. Can I modify or cancel my appointment?

Yes, you can reschedule for free or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to the session time in accordance with the clinic's appointment policy.

4. What happens if I arrive late to the session?

You may use the remaining session duration, but the session concludes at its scheduled end time to respect subsequent appointments.

5. What happens in the event of a no-show?

In case of a no-show without rescheduling or cancellation within the allowed notice period, the session is counted and fees are non-refundable.

6. Can I get a refund for my booking fee?

Refunds are issued for cancellations requested at least 24 hours prior to the session, minus the non-refundable electronic payment gateway processing fees. Cancellations within less than 24 hours or no-shows are strictly non-refundable as the reserved clinical hour cannot be reallocated.

7. How does the monthly therapy package work?

10. Can I request a formal psychological report?
